Start in Hohenwutzen, car park available, direction Schwedt on the Oder dyke through Hohensaaten to the Oder, now turn left through the polder area to the HFW and back south past the villages of Stützkow, Alt Galow, Stolpe, Stolzenhagen and Lunow, here cycle back to the Oder and then back to Hohenwutzen.

The visitor centre in Criewen is open from April to October between 9 am and 7 pm. From November to March, the opening hours are reduced to 10 am to 5 pm. Here, visitors can expect 13 exhibition areas providing information about nature in the national park.
