Best easy trails in Lossatal

Easy hikes on tarmac and forest paths on the outskirts of Hohburg. This easy circular hiking trail starts north of Hohburg and leads past two quarries. The route can optionally be extended so that the Lobenberg is also circumnavigated. The hike mostly leads along well-maintained forest paths through idyllic countryside and is ideal for an afternoon stroll.

This route starts in Hohburg and heads south into the wooded area near the town, which is actually the Hohburg Small Mountain. The trail goes back and forth through the park to explore it fully. A little more than halfway along the route is the view to Lüpitzer Höhe. Then you come to the Kaolin Lake.
