Best bike touring trails in Wissen

Stage 7 of the Rhineland-Palatinate cycle route. The seventh day's stage of the Rhineland-Palatinate Cycle Route leads right across the Westerwald from Wissen to Westerburg. The route first heads north on the Westerwald loop into Wildenburger Land before turning round on the Zwei-Länder-Radweg to Betzdorf. From here, the route follows the Alsdorf cycle path to Daaden and from there to the stage destination of Westerburg.

Stage 2 of the Westerwald loop. The second day's stage of the Westerwald Loop starts in the climatic health resort of Wissen and heads north to Wildenburger Land, where Wildenburg Castle is a suitable stopover. Here, the Westerwald Loop reaches its northernmost point and heads south again to the stage destination of Bad Marienberg.
