A section of this route leads along the red wine hiking trail, but you also hike off this route through beautiful vineyards on the sunny side of Rech. After a few easy ascents and subsequent descents through the forest, you reach two benches at the end of the second section of the route, which offer wonderful views towards Kalenborn.
