Best partially-paved trails in Hamm

A short but beautiful tour around Rosbach. In Rosbach, you can turn left onto the cycle path at the entrance to the town. The route climbs steadily but not steeply up to Öttershagen. There you can visit the Silberhardt mine. Except for a short section on a forest path, the route is tarmac throughout.

The tour only leads along tarmac roads, although the proportion of roads with heavy traffic is very low. Most sections are almost car-free. Only the sections that cross the B 256 are a little busier. The tour is therefore suitable for all types of bike. You should only have sturdy wheels if you have a racing bike, as one or two sections have a few potholes. The route is very varied and very scenic. The climbs are not without their difficulties for the inexperienced, but (almost) absolutely...

Highlights of the tour include the area around Hamm, Weyerbusch, Flammersfeld and Altenkirchen.

Tour through the Windecker Land and to the Nutscheid. Apart from a small section of paved forest path (approx. 2 km), the tour runs along quiet, tarmac side roads or farm tracks and is therefore suitable for (almost) all types of cyclists. Only a small section leads over the B 256.
