Best trail running trails in Affler

Idyllic nature hike in Rhineland-Palatinate. Starting from Affler, the route initially leads north and north-west to Machtemesmühle. The route first leads across wide fields and then downhill through the forest to the left tributary of the Our - the Irsen. At times along its green banks, then deeper into the forest again, the route now heads south on the other side. The river is crossed there and a forest path leads back to the starting point. A lovely route if you like it green and quiet.
