You cross the Weser and cycle to Stemmen, Möllenbeck and Rinteln. The route mostly runs along open fields and meadows. When you leave Nordstadt, it gets a little more strenuous: it goes into the forest and up to the Luhdener Klippe. Then continue westwards to the starting point.
