Best trails in Amt Neuhaus

Forest circular route near Neuhaus in Lower Saxony, Germany. A not too long hike that starts in the middle of Neuhaus at a car park. It goes into the partly dense forest between Neuhaus, Rosien and Dellien. On the way back, it leads along the remains of the ducal castle. Only small remnants of the castle and the castle ramparts remain, the stones were used to build the Göhrde hunting lodge. There is a café near the local history museum to stop for a bite to eat.
