Best short trails in Schaafheim

Beautiful walk through the forest near Dorndiel, Hesse This circular route is perfect for a walk of less than an hour. The Radheimer Turm car park (public toilets available) is the starting point of the walk. In fine weather, the Radheimer Turm leisure centre picnic area offers plenty of opportunities for a cosy outdoor picnic. This route explores the forest to the west of Schaafheim. It starts in a westerly direction and then turns onto the Wachholderschneise path. The path follows this for a while and then turns into Langstädter Weg. The path then turns right into Willenbucher Schneise and leads back to the starting point. The route is located in the Bergstraße-Odenwald Geo-Nature Park.
