Walk past the obelisk to the Malherbes Column and the catacomb. Then to the Bobereckensee lake, along this to the Aboretum. Then take the beautiful path above the lake and swamp to the old railway embankment (now a cycle and pedestrian path) and follow it back eastwards. Finally, return through the castle park.
