This route is stage 20 of the Goldsteig South Route, a long-distance trail in Germany, running from Zenting to Schrottenbaummühle. The path leads through Eizersdorf and Thurmansbang to the Saldenburger See, continuing over forest paths to the wild Ilztal valley and along the Ilz river past the Dießenstein ruins.
