Best wildlife trails in Warmensteinach

Wooded circular hike near Warmensteinach in the Fichtelgebirge Nature Park. From the Wagenthalhütte, a self-catering hut run by the German Alpine Club, the trail first leads to the Reisigbachtal valley, where you can take a break at the water treading pool. From here, the trail climbs a little more steeply for about 1 kilometre, but the rest of the hike is then very leisurely with plenty of shade back to the starting point.
