The tour offers a good mix of a good portion of altitude metres and a relaxed finish along the banks of the Main. From Sulzbach am Main (railway station), the route leads via Aschaffenburg, Waldaschaff and Rothenbuch to Hafenlohr. From here, you cycle along the Main cycle path via Marktheidenfeld and Wertheim to Miltenberg (railway station). From here you can take the train back to the starting point.
