Popular circular trail in the Steigerwald Nature Park, Bavaria. The Stollberg is known as "Franconia's highest vineyard". Not only romantic vineyards provide an atmospheric landscape, but also the ruins of Stollburg Castle. Presumably built in the 12th century, only the remains of the keep and walls are still standing today. The Stollburg circular route is marked with a stylised castle ruin on a light blue background.
