The fourth stage of the Vilstalwanderweg trail leads via the Hammerbergweg to Wolfsbach, along Ensdorf and along the outer ring wall of the Rieden castle complex. From the castle hill, the trail climbs steadily up and down via Vilshofen, Ettsdorf and to Schmidsmühlen, the stage finish.
