This sunny route leads through the Franconian wine country from Weigenheim to Nenzenheim, across gentle vineyard slopes and wooded ridges. The path first climbs up to the Kapellberg, where a sweeping panoramic view of the Main and Tauber valleys opens up. Passing the scenic lake near Reusch, the route climbs up to Frankenberg Castle and the nearby ruins of Hinterfrankenberg Castle.
