Best river trails in Ebern

This diverse circular route begins in the historic town of Ebern and leads up to the forested ridge of the Haubeberg in the Haßberge hills. The route follows natural forest trails and forestry roads through the scenic Baunach Valley. A major highlight is the view from the summit plateau, offering expansive vistas of the Lower Franconian countryside on clear days. The trail is technically moderate but requires good surefootedness due to several sections with exposed roots.
