Best partially-paved trails in Gailingen am Hochrhein

Excellent cycle trail that takes you from Schaffhausen via the magnificent Rhine Falls to the shores of Lake Constance. Along the way, the trail takes you past some of the canton's exciting settlements and runs along the shores of Untersee. Then you reach the destination of Constance with its historic history.

This circular trail is accessible all year round and is suitable for the whole family. It goes clockwise towards the Kurgarten and then on to the Ritterhalde until you reach the Rhine. There you walk along the Strandweg, where you have a breathtaking view of the river and its flora and fauna. Continue towards Rheinburg and then back to the starting point.

Exciting section of the long-distance hiking trail Hegau-Panorama-Weg (stage 4). This beautiful section is 17.7 kilometres long and is the fourth part of a 13-stage route that starts in Gailingen. After 0.7 km, turn left into Rheinhalde and walk along the Rhine, where you have a breathtaking view of the river and its flora and fauna. After 1.2 km, turn left, walk through fields and then back to the starting point.
