Best short trails in Dossenheim

Family-friendly circular hiking trail in the Neckartal-Odenwald Nature Park, Bavaria. The White Stone, 549 metres above sea level, is a popular hiking destination near Dossenheim in the Odenwald. The Rauhe Buch trail runs for almost 3.5 kilometres through the forest around the Weißer Stein. After the walk, you can stop off at the high-altitude restaurant "Zum Weißen Stein". This route starts at the Drei Eichen Brünnen car park. It follows the road, then enters the forest via the Sumpfweg to the Linker, then Rechter Mühltalweg. The Rechter Mühltalweg leads to the ruins of Kronenburg Castle. There is not much left, but still a good view of the area. The path then leads back to the Sargweg.
