excellent walk from Roskilde station out to and around Boserup. almost perfect conditions for walking! some beautiful old trees and of course the fjord.

I love this hike - I walk it every now and then when I have some hours to spare. Fantastic no matter which city you choose to start in.

Great forrest trail. Only did 10 km towards Jelling. Finishes at World Heritage Site - added bonus. Well maintained track.

Good trail through wooded areas, protected partially hence a good hike on a windy day!

Great trail, with gentle hilly parts and great views to the fjord. Parts of the trail take you very close to water’s edge. Several places to take a break with lovely views. Serene spots to read or have a picnic!

Private property but you are allowed to walk the loop, dogs on leash only. Easy walk to do with children.

Hornbæk Plantage Loop is a 7.2 kilometer lightly trafficked loop trail located in Hornbæk Plantage between Ålsgårde and Hornbæk, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark that features great views of the sea to Kullen in Sweden and a great forest setting. It is good for all skill levels, however there is a steep descent at the end of loop. The trail is primarily used for hiking, but can also be used for running and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail.

Nice trail with great scenery. Northern part in cow fields not so good. Southern brilliant.

Fantastic landscape.

A great hike!! But dogs shall be kept on leash. Approximately for 4-5 km there’s a lot of sheep. They’re not aggressive or anything, but if you have a playful dog (as we do), it’s quite a long part with sheep.

Best naturetrail in the region

Beautiful trail with good elevation gain! Sadly, trail is not marked at all, hard to stay on courxe without looking into map. Even entry of trail is not visible. But overall it’s in good condition, there’s some parts with larger grass but that’s nothing copared to nice uphills and downhills. Recomend and I would put it into “easy” category.
