A point to point hike in the rolling and often steep hardwood covered hills on the Whitewater segment of the Ice Age Trail. The trail will wind through protected hardwoods and a few small pine plantations. But will get your heart pumping on some short moderately challenging hills.

Well marked, nice variety of terrain.

Not a trail. Located on a private drive.

I love going to this trail. It's an easy trail, and you get a view of the lake the whole time! It is tricky sometimes though, especially as you move further west of the trail, as it gets a little tight and washed over with sand at times!

I hiked the 10 mile stretch, from Monroe to the Stateline where the Badger State Trail ends. You can find my hiking video on my YouTube channel: YouTube.com/channel/ucyp0f3a7hbaong0gny3wkfq

The parking area at the North end of the Monches segment is off Hwy K just North of Co Hwy Q (countyline rd). Saves you a .5 walk from the Eastern overflow lot on Co. Q

It’s a nice trail but you can hear the sound of the highway almost the entire trail.

Best place to exercise your dog! Bring a leash with you but most people I run into have their dog off leash. If your dog is trained off leash it’s a great place to take them!

Favorite trail year round for hiking my dog. A lot a people hike there dogs off leash there because of how spacious it is so if you trust your dog it’s a wonderful place to exercise them!

Nice mix of rolling hardwoods and running water along the river. Probably the most hikes segment of the ice age trail in the area, other than Pike Lake SP.

Absolutely beautiful after a snow fall! Snowshoe trail was intermediate. Very well marked. Light to no traffic. We went on a Monday beginning of January!! Highly recommend by the Eicholtz Family.

Great little hike, well worth the hills to get to the waterfall. It is slightly hilly and snow covered (January) which may make it difficult for small kids. We had snow shoes but the trail was packed enough that we didn’t necessarily need them.

It was a peaceful walk through a snow covered scenic view. The highlights were the bridge crossing over the Kewaunee River and two very good pups that we were able to pet along the walk.

really well kept, was here in January. great walk with dogs, there is a dog park within the park if you want to give them some time off the leash. I would look at the map before following all trails starting point in the park and ride lot. there are multiple other entrances and parking areas within the park and maintained by the park.
