Excellent Hike! Lots of snow - snowshoes would have been better but the trail was well packed. Step off to either side and posthole to mid-thigh. 2.2 miles in the trail has not been traveled - about 200 yards from the second bridge. the dogs had a blast! Will be back!

Beautiful trail. It is a pretty steep trail almost all of the way up, but it’s worth it. The trail is well packed and great for snowshoeing

Sooooo pretty. At the last fork toward the other lakes there was no more trail so it was the GPS, my snowshoes, waist deep snow and some major leg cramps to find the lake. Beautiful area and always a surreal experience to be the only set of tracks there.

Only got about a mile in... through the campground and up until I hit some deep drifts. Didn’t figure I’d make it all the way up, but love this trail so thought I’d get in what I could.

Beautiful time of year to do this hike! The extra .5 miles of a steep paved road sucks since the gate is closed, but the crowds are light and the winter weather is nice since the trail provides no shade.

Beautiful Zion touristy hike. I did it during sunset. Spectacular. I did the trail in reverse, starting at the bus stop where the bridge crosses Virgin River.

Super fun little Trail to hit in the snow. Really pretty after getting some deep powder in the area.

This is the completed North & South Deuel Creek Trail! It was awesome, and not too difficult even in the winter; just be sure to wear good boots.

Nice and easy trail but we came here to go snow shoeing because of previous reviews. Most certainly DON'T need snow shoes.

I’ve seen several various distances listed for this trail, both alltrails and garmin recorded it at just under 4 miles. Glad I had my spikes, certainly helped more the further into the canyon I went.

Great walk with wife and 4 pound chihuahua. Beautiful scenery. Bigger and better than imagined.

Great easy hike with my little dog. Snow wasn’t a problem in my hiking boots. Pretty views!

We just discovered that the only enjoyable time to visit Zion is in the winter. It’s not blistering hot, there are no crowds whatsoever and you can drive anywhere in the park. I actually felt no hatred for humanity cuz we had quiet solitude for the most part. As for the trail, this one is pretty easy and not a long hike. Offers great views looking down the valley.

I hiked this trail in August 2019 just after my visit to the Canyonlands. I must say that the views are well on par with those in the Canyonlands. Given its proximity to both Arches and Canyonlands, I’d recommend not to skip it if you’re in the area. It’s definitely worth it. As a bonus it’s also less trafficked.

Deep snow toward the end but it was fine without snowshoes

Trail is in great condition with packed snow to the top.

Very fun hike on a clear day. Snow was packed down pretty well so if you don’t have spikes or poles, you should still be ok with some boots. Great views the whole way up!

This was amazing. There were definitely some difficult areas, which made it all the more fun. There were four of us. We did it in two days. The views were amazing. I highly recommend doing this around the beginning of June. That is when we did, and the desert was in full bloom. It was beautiful. Death Hollow was definitely the highlight. Lots of poison ivy, but we avoided a lot of it by hiking through the creek. We were all wearing shorts and none of us ended up getting poison ivy.
