Awesome hike! The arches and rock houses were totally amazing. The trail was well maintained and had cool stuff around every corner. He had lunch at the Charit Creek Lodge. The staff there were very friendly and very helpful. Hope to go back and spend the night.

Absolutely beautiful hike. My group does this trail several times a year and it never disappoints. The views from the ridge are beautiful and in the summer, you can swim in the area below the falls! I recommend bringing chacos or water resistant shoes if you decide to go swimming as the rocks can be painful to walk on barefoot.

Great views from the top of the tower on a clear day! The tower, like many other reviews, is quite old and some boards have quite a bit of space between them so be cautious in your step.

Recommend clockwise...save the best part for the end which, we feel, is the section along short creek. This area is thick with hemlock trees - very lush.. many shallow swimming holes. Our Fitbit GPS logged the hike as 10.8 miles- even though the trail description says it is 9.6. A little of everything on this hike. Not too strenuous... very enjoyable hike!

I would say this is a really fun beginner/moderate trail. About half woods and half open plain, Not at all technical, relatively flat other than a few rolling hills. there's a couple of wooded sections that get a little tight, but that's about it. this trail is very fast, once you ride it a few times and learn some turns you'll be able to fly through this trail. Hikers also use the trail so keep an eye out in the turns.

Great short hike near town!

very nice quiet, peaceful trails. Very muddy and wet in areas. But for a short walk it was great!

drive all the way out here and the trails were closed!!! no signs at road to indicate!

If you follow the AllTrails map I do not recommend taking the trail to the left. It’s an overlook to nothing even in the winter with all the leaves down. You can hear the falls but the only payoff is the beautiful moss growing everywhere. However, stick to the right and you will take some rocks and sketchy stairs (3 sets) down to the bottom. Once at the bottom stay left and you’ll find an absolutely stunning waterfall. After all this rain Stinging Fork Falls was roaring and the water was so blue pictures don’t even do it justice. Very colorful hike with all the green moss and blue water. Highly recommend going after a lot of rain.

Still no trail. Not even a semblance that a trail has ever been here. Still tried. Loads of trash. I did run across a random old rusty tractor when I accidentally deviated from the lack of a given path.

Nice easy trail that is more private feeling than the Greenway. there are several muddy spots but you are able to go around most unscathed. There was quite a bit of blown down brush that cut off one of the bridge areas off of the main loop.

We hiked this one with our almost 7 year old and it was great. Challenging rock portion in the beginning with great views off the bluffs into the canyon.

Great trail! I struggled on some parts due to the fact that you are near the edge often and I am afraid of heights, but with my eyes at my feet and some deep breaths, I made it! The view is well worth the effort. You can do it! Not for kids!!

Slightly icy in spots today, with snow on trail for the last mile. Pretty views the whole way of streams, waterfalls, and icicles. The last 0.25mi of trail is closed, but there is an overlook of Chimney Tops on the trail.

Unfortunately we were only able to make it 1.5miles in due to the icy conditions today. The people that could go farther all had spikes and poles. The portion of the trail we could hike was beautiful, and I look forward to trying again in a few weeks.

Great trail for a slow hike, clearly marked. Started on the Natural Bridge and Hazard Cave Trail, and linked into the Lake View Trail which ends at the suspension walking bridge in the picnic area.

Was a very scenic trail apart from the golf course and the highway on the way back to the trailhead. Only hiked to piney pointe and green view.
