The Shelter Trail is pretty flat and easy. The last section is John B Hudson; which is pretty, but very challenging, rocky, steep and sometimes icy or muddy. Then back on Shelter Trail back to the fishing spot.

We turned off Corn Neck Rd and followed the dirt road and found the trail head... the sign off Corn Neck Rd is old and barely noticeable, unless you are really looking for it. But, it’s there... just before the yellow house on the left, and the tomato red house on the right(coming from the south). My 3 girls walked to the beach w no problem... my youngest is 3. When the path veered up the bluff we walked about a quarter mile up and had a beautiful view. Can’t wait to go back and keep exploring... thumbs up for kiddos!

Pepe’s kitchen has a drop in jump and berms.

I classic New England beach walk highlighted with views onto Fisher's Island Sound and Stonnington harbor. This spit of land is exposed to all the elements. There is no place to hide. Park anywhere in the winter, during the summer it is impossible to park and dogs are not allowed on the beach between 8-6pm. It is important to note the tide when taking this route because the tide can make areas on the back of the point very wet and boggy. At the end of the point, the path is quite rocky and one should proceed with caution.

A quick (very quick) walk with a view, and ambient road noise. Also my husband got a tick when we were there, so be sure and check yourself!

Fun trail. Good hike for Beginner or intermediate.

Great hiking trail for beginner or intermediate.

What a fabulous trail this is! Hiked it on a beautiful 60° day in January with my humans. Wide trail with sturdy footing beautiful views of the ponds. Definitely coming back here to explore some of the trails that shoot off of this one. Wear orange!!! There was a generous amount of shotgun firing going on surrounding us. Not too close but self-preservation is key! Get out there and hike!

Chase farm is a nice wide open space with lots of rolling hills. It feels quintessentially New England. The wooded portions of the trails that off chute from the open space are rather small in comparison to the overall foot print. This place is a popular dog walking spot. Lots of signage says to have dogs leashed but many dogs are off leash. A great spot.

Easy fun little trail around a pond and dam. Well marked and very hard to lose your way. Good for dog walking. I did all paths in about an hour on an unseasonably warm day in January. It’s a nice, but not very remote space as there are houses lining parts of the yellow trail. Worth visiting.

Very nice hike with well marked paths. Some nice water views (and perhaps cranberry bog views when in season, we hiked on a warm January day). The yellow and blue paths afforded some opportunities for scrambling, the red path is an easy loop. Would return!

A beautiful 66° day hike. We did the trail clockwise which is opposite to our usual. Definitely a nice hike. There was a lot of downed tree because of the high winds last night and today. Enjoy!

Considero que es una caminata fácil y moderadamente señalizada. Tener cuidado si van con perros peludos, hay muchas garrapatas..

Nice loop trail.

wind fall trees and limbs. Be careful.

Great day. Trail is wonderful, well marked. pretty technical while running, steep in a few spots, the rocks were slippery today, but all to be expected when 60 deg in Jan. Ran the 6 mile double loop, got 800’ elevation. it was a busy day, lots of folks out enjoying.

This is a very easy trail. There are other trails that branch off. I have to say it's a boring trail. If you want a quick trail this one's for you. Dog owners do allow their dogs to be off leash.

For this path to loop! Make sure you follow the blue trail, yellow trail, white trail, and then back to blue trail.

Great hike today! Lots of debris due to Highwinds. Trail clearly marked and easy to navigate, including walking around . Only did the Foster loop today, was a really warm day and lots of people hiking the Coventry Loop.

The Old Mill Road parking lot has room for more cars than the one further up on 112. Lots of trees down across the trails, but passable and adds to the experience. The trails are in very good shape. This recording is actually a combination of a number of trails, Y, R, Y, B, YB, O, YB, B, Y, and ends up being about 6m (mostly) outer loop.

This hike was an awesome surprise. While it wasn't difficult the damp/wet conditions made it slick and the moss covered rocks in places made it quite slippery. There were moderate elevation changes which made it for a great workout. I definately recommend this trail and will be back myself ! The weather was a balmy 60°, not bad for January 11th

Excellent walk. Lots of beaver felled trees. Highly recommended.
