A little windy today, but still a great trail.

This is a nice lightly trafficked trail. It is gravel in some parts and paved in others. It runs to wilderness park.

hard surfaced, up and down terrain, rest areas, connects to much wider walking-biking path (n/s) on south end and monument/museum on north end

Today was a beautiful day to take off our hiking boots and walk this trail. 6.73 miles in 1:52. The trail was absolutely beautiful and extremely well kept. Views of the lake and even some very tame deer along the path. We saw all sorts of people; old, young, kids and people biking. All were very friendly! 10-17-2019

Perfect day to take off hiking boots and put on sneakers. This is a beautiful trail around the lake and even saw deer that we could almost walk up to. 5 stars for a paved trail that is in excellent condition and beautiful ! 10/17/2019

This is an easy trail that connects with Tierra Williamsburg and Rock Island trail. I love all these trails. Great for a good workout!

This trail runs through town and gives you easy access to the country. You can take it all the way to MoPac east and then I go back. Great run! Thank you, Lincoln. Biking is great, too.

This is one of the many nice trail in Lincoln, Nebraska. I love this trail because it is easy access and allows you to get a good exercise in. It connects with many other trails such as Boosalis and Billy Wolff Trails which are great options. In the right times it is heavily trafficked such as a Saturday afternoon. Love this one. There are trees along-side it so that there isn't much shade at all. It is all paved. By the way this isn't the full trail. The actual trail goes all the way to South West High School. They got the northern portion right though.

It is cement for about the 1st mile and then gravel the rest of the way. The only bad thing is the last mile of the trail and the bridge are blocked off and private property so you can’t get in.

Full of potholes and bumps. Bring a full suspension bike

Good trail surface, low traffic and nice scenery.

Balk half of the trail is rough with holes and depressed joints everywhere and the trail is over crowded. It is so bad that my tail light came off tonight. The trail under the bridge floods after rain storms leaving you to cross 168th street.

Fantastic shaded loop, lots of beautiful spots. Nice 4.5k loop if you park in the east lot (with bathrooms), then cross the street and do the west loop. At the soccer fields you have to cross 168th to get back to the lot (or you’re trapped doing the whole east loop too). Lots of shade, birds, wildflowers. Yes, you must acknowledge the existence of humanity (and, gasp, even children, mr two stars) but everyone has been nice and considerate. Keep your map out, spurs to neighborhood are not well marked.

Great all paved trail for a long stroller run. Some good shade along the trail as well.

Great path for a long run with a stroller. Decent amount of shade along the trail.

We're visiting from CO and heard the MoPac trail was great for some trail biking. We started at South Bend since we were coming from the South. There was no signs at the parking lot/trailhead to notify us of the trail closure. The Lied Bridge across the Platte river was closed. Apparently since March 2019. When we went over to the other side the trail was completely washed out until we got up closer to the highway. So disappointed! Doesn't look like any work has been done to try to repair the bridge or trail. Looking forward to someday bike touring the Mopac from Lincoln to Omaha or vice versa but not looking promising with the bridge.
