I ran the Bridger Ridge Run on Aug 10 2019. The most amazing run ever. It was on my bucket list. I turned 60 and trained for 4 months having never ran more than 10 miles. The trail was intense, with some really steep hiking and the last 5 miles running downhill to the M was by far the toughest quad workout of my life. Loved every minute. I was also lucky enough to meet the resident Mountain Goat on Sac. My time was 6:34. Finishing 4for my age group. A must for all trail runners and hikers.

One of the nicest trails I've ever done in any National Park. Spectacular mountain views and plenty of wildflowers, if you go at the right time of year. I went at the end of August, and saw plenty. It's defiantly worth making this part of a backpacking itinerary.

Awesome short hike! Trail was covered in snow with no mud. Switchbacks were a little slick coming down, but not icy going up. Counterclockwise is easier, but going clockwise offers better views. Moderate traffic with dogs, but all were friendly. Happy trails!!

An incredibly beautiful Sunny day. Packed snow but not icy anywhere at all. I'm not sure this all trails route goes to dead man's point. It seems to cross roads and private property. I didn't have a detailed map with me so I'll figure it out another time

Really fun snowshoeing trail. Scenery was beautiful and varied from wide open views to dense forest. Completed the trail in a bit under 2 hours with several breaks for pictures

Great easy hike in the snow and trees. The trail was mostly empty. But did run across other walkers with their dog(s), runner and snow bikes. Peaceful and quiet.

Great trail! About 10 minutes into the hike there’s a very icy area that you might not be able to get up without cleats. Beautiful and easy hike though! Dog friendly.

really enjoyed this trail. great for getting used to hiking in snow, which is new for me. the trail is great but some of it can get a bit hard to follow after fresh snow. would love to see a few more blazes, but it didn't detract from the fun

We snowshoed this and it was a blast! Starting from the Big Mountain main lodge, there’s a hard-to-spot trail to the right that immediately takes you through a tunnel that goes under the road. Continue on for another half mile until you reach a lake. At this point there are a network of Nordic trails of different levels going in all directions. We did (in order) Moosehoof, Badger Loop, Whitefish Trail (ungroomed), and back on Moosehoof. Then when we got back to the lodge, we continued snowshoeing up the main run under chairlift 6 until we reached the upper lodge where we are staying. All told it was about 7 miles. A very serene, beautiful trip for anybody who enjoys snowshoeing or cross country skiing! Note—dogs aren’t allowed on about half of the trails.

Hiked to the gulch today. It started off smooth sailing with a little bit of snow, soon had to put on my spikes a little after realized I should of brought snow shoes. Of course I kept on going but I'm feeling it. I had the trail mostly to myself I saw only one other person a cross country skier. Peaceful winter wonderland up there. A great winter hike.

Absolutely worth it! My bf and I are not the most fit couple but we love to pick. A hike on our trips. We challenged ourselves and this trail did not disappoint. We took our time and there are a lot of beautiful spots to stop and drink water. My knees are not in perfect shape so and am glad that I brought my hiking sticks. Take lots of water and snacks. Saw a bear at the lake!

Decided to come back the next day and do the Triple Tree Summit. When climbing up, to the right has more switch backs and is a gradual climb to the top. Taking the left is a more steep, but shorter climb to the top. Great all-round hike with well-snow packed trails. Happy Trails!

This is a lovely trail that allows for many beautiful vantage points of the Bear Paw Mountains including Baldy. There are a few benches along the trail to stop at and enjoy the view. It takes you alongside Beaver Creek below the spillway. It is nicely maintained and has several switch backs that make climbing down into and back up rotary canyon very manageable.

Great trail with pretty views of the mountains. Open areas as well as wooded sections. Snow covered, no ice or mud. We only did the first mile section before we turned around which was just right for my 5 year old.
