Hiked up Stony Ledge trail then down Sperry Rd and Roaring Brook Trail. Everything is blazed well and has good signage. About 4 to 6 inches of new snow. Some patches of ice but didn't need microspikes. Temp in single digits but sun was out so not bad. First mile of this loop is easy grade. Second mile to the overlook more strenuous. Great views of the Hopper and western side of Greylock. Also some views of the Taconic range from the top of Sperry Rd. Sperry Rd passes multiple campsites equipped with bear boxes.

One of the most breath taking waterfall hikes I’ve ever been on. Great for dogs and dates :)

This is one of the most popular spots for sunset viewing in the spring through fall, even locals visit during winter months as it offers wonderful marsh sunsets all year round. A few years ago a winter ice storm destroyed half of the boardwalk and migrated parts of it to adjoins towns. It has been rebuilt and although a short stride to the end will offer and enjoyable time for you or your family. The “no seeums” can be aggravating especially in the summer, but walking and a light breeze should curb that. No it is not a hiking trail but for a quick stop to enjoy the cape it’s a must see. There are a few trails on location that are easy and offer a nice stretch for your legs. (Tick warning) as for all trails on cape check yourself after your walks/hikes even if it is December!

Good walking trail. Went in winter so def some muddy spots but easily avoided. Took my dog and she enjoyed. Be ready because it can be a popular walking trail with dogs seemingly allowed off-leash. This loop is mostly a view through the woods with very little to no traffic noise so an enjoyable walk through nature-esk scenery.

If you like a trail that is a series so short steep stretches going up and down with a rambling trail then this is the trail for you. It was a lot of fun going up and down. Varied terrain with some rocky parts, nothing to tough. We took a right on the Skyview trail, from where the AllTrails directions had us park, so we got to the wonderful view of Boston less than a mile in prob more like half a mile.... which was fine with us. We could CNNof gone left in SkyView znd had a big ending. There was quite a bit off highway traffic sound but it was a windy afternoon so it wasn’t a bother.

Great hike totally recommend it . Had a great time

Last mile up Hopper Rd to the Trail head a little unstable; Make sure you have all-wheel drive. I did the hike Monday, January 15. It has been unseasonably warm. Muddy at the base but foggy and icy near/at the peak of Graylock. Gorgeous hike. The 1st Trail, Money Brook was especially beautiful. Great workout. After you hit Graylock’s peak, you only have 5 miles left and they’re all downhill. It took this 51 year old who thought he was in good shape most of the daylight hours. I took my time though.

Went in to collect some of the blown down wood from storms this past fall. Always a lovely spot. NB that in the winter time the regular parking lot closes at 2pm

Visited on a warmish day in the winter. there was a little bit of mud, but that is expected. I was surprised there wasn't more. Most of the dogs here were off leash, but that's better for my dog anyway. All of the dogs were very friendly as well as their owners. Will definitely visit again for views.

First time to these trails. I love how they have “off leash” areas so I could let my pup run the trails all he wanted without restriction and me getting in trouble for it :)

one of my favorite trails I've done in awhile. well marked, a lot of great views to see. a good amount of elevation at some points but nothing to crazy.

Even though the ground was fairly wet, I decided to go for a hike here. The boardwalks kept me dry for most of it, but there was one point on the yellow trail that the boardwalk was right at water level, and then when I stepped on it, it buckled, and my foot went in the water. To compound the problem, it was extremely slick, and as I moved to regain my balance, the muddy water splashed up onto my jeans. Oh well. Near the north end, the traffic noise from the highway detracts a bit from the serenity of this hike. Other than that, it was very peaceful. This is a relatively unknown conservation area, so I never saw another person. There is a tree that is partially down, and the hanging branches from it reduce how much headroom you have if you stay on the boardwalk. You can leave the boardwalk to get around, but you may get muddy that way. I don't recall this tree being down 3 months ago, so it must be a recent storm that caused it. The Bittersweet (invasive vine) is getting out of hand nearest the office building. The conservation commission should look into it. Overall, this trail is rather mundane, but it is a nice place for a mid-day hike for those who work in the office building.

Nice early evening stroll, very peaceful. I Took some nice shots of Mt. Greylock and the light on top of the war memorial tower.

Awesome trail. Not difficult

I hiked all of the trail bit included some of reservoir trail and bald mtn. Good hike pretty hike. Realized I could record hikes with this app and really rely on the map system as I was hiking this trail. I like to go off course now and again so I’m excited to incorporate this app in the future. Regardless. Pretty trail

Simultaneously trashy, swampy, and cool.

We had a blast here with our 11 year old. Lots to climb and see. It should be noted that due to the fact that it is a reserve dogs are not allowed. This is generally the first thing I check for when looking for a new place so wanted to let anyone who may be wondering know

Great hiking with a good mix of terrain. Views are amazing. I’d say moderate.
