The weather and canyon were beautiful and the cave art so interesting, however, I felt our tour guide lacked enthusiasm and didn't really speak loud enough for everyone to hear, which was disappointing considering the $8 fee.

Beautiful weather and the canyon was phenomenal. It puts things in perspective to know these cave paintings are 4000 years old.

Seminole Canyon State Park is located in southwest Texas on the Rio Grande River. This area is known to get very warm in the summertime. It is recomended that you visit from October to April. There is a tour to the Fate-Bell shelter where you can see a collection of Indian rock art.
