The trail itself was decent, nice concrete path. The area itself smells awful. There is a lot of construction going on, which isn’t very appealing to look at. There is a short little bike/nature trail just after the bridge. Its just a very short soil path between trees. Nothing special.

Straight concrete trail and no loop that also had a nasty sewage smell in parts. That said, it was very quiet (minus the highway) and walking back along the former golf course was good for the dog.

Kristen and I walked this from trailhead east. We want to come back and see where trail goes west. We suspect to George Bush. After we went under loop 12 there was an abandoned golf course (twin wells). We hiked all through and were the only ones.

Nice cement path. Easy to get to. A little construction on the path but a nice detour.
