THIS IS WELL WORTH THE TIME. GOOD HIKE WITH SOME ROCK SCRAMBLES TO A VERY NICE WATERFALL AND SMALL POOL

Took my two friends from out of town, my 6 year old and strapped my 6 MO to me. This was a relatively easy hike for all of us! It’s a beautiful trail of you love being by the water majority of your hike. It’s super rocky so be mindful of wearing ankle support. The beginning of the hike has some sunshine, towards the end it gets much colder by the falls. Next time I’ll be bringing another layer! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful! Wish we could have gone further than twin falls, but no dry passage across the creek

This is one of our favorite, go-to trails with our young son and several dogs. I've rarely ran into other hikers but I also go during the day/work week. If you keep going past the main waterfall it gets pretty rocky and the trail eventually tapers off into the mountain. That's when we turn around!

This is my go-to trail for a nice, quick, easy hike. I often take my less experienced and new hikers up this to introduce them to rock scamper (There are 2 spots where you need to climb up a small rock, nothing to extreme) and safe water crossing. Great trail for beginners, and frequented by the local crowd during the summer months. The trail is mostly rocky, with the start of the trail following the old quarry road. This can be a hazard, so do watch your step.

Wonderful first hike in Tennessee. The first part of the wall crossing the creek was cool, with a bridge for easy access or you could hop the rocks across. Second part of the hike leads to an awesome swim hole with a waterfall. We didn’t have time to go further but this hike really lets you interact with the water. Bring a bathing suit if you go in the summertime.

Great hike! Rocky & more challenging near falls.

The falls were nice but the trail is extremely rocky and as others have said there is a section where you have to scale around the edge of the rocks to continue. I had a dog and we were able to make it but only because she had hiking boots that gave her traction. After the last set of falls it crosses the creek for a second time and there was no visible marking for the trail once you crossed so we turned back. It made for a short 1.8 mile hike.

The trail is nice until the first falls. After that there are many fallen trees on the trail and is quite overgrown. Eventually the trail seems to stop at no certain destination.

This is a quick fun lil hike with a quick waterfall payoff. It's marked as moderate but could probably be marked as easy. A bit rocky but nothing overwhelming. Trail runs alongside the creek and there are multiple places to cool off and soak in. It's a fun one! Be cautious of copperheads though. Saw one today.

It’s a mile to the waterfall it a nice trail a lot of rocks and roots. Once you get to the falls you have to crawl along side the mountain to get to the other part of the trail. We could not get the dog to the other side. I could not even pick her up, since there no easy way to the other side. I think you can crawl down to the creek and then work your way up to the other side and cross the creek with a dog but I did not try this. It is a beautiful trail

Nice trail with changing features. Has creek crossings, large rocks and roots in trail, various waterfalls and pools to stop at for pics or reading. Trail increases in difficulty on the last leg with no real climatic attraction. Still, its one of our favorite close to home spots though. We had no problems with parking either. Plan to go back from time to time as the seasons change.

Warm day to hike but still fun. Dropped phone in creek upon crossing but thank the Lord I found it.

The creek wasn't that deep for even wading. Fun trail though!

Get here early and you can have this beautiful trail to yourself. Lots of fun for the family! Kids loved the creek below and finding pretty pebbles! Dog friendly too!

Very enjoyable trail with only a few challenges for my 79 year old mother.

This is mostly shaded and near the Creek which allowed us to stay cool on a hot day. Fairly easy with some rocks to climb around and a few trees to cross. More difficult after the falls with 2 creek crossings.
