The Conservation Education Reserve is a 120-acre facility of undeveloped wilderness adjoining the University Center at Tulsa/Rogers University campus. It provides teachers and students with an opportunity to observe many different habitats and to participate in a variety of outdoor field experiences. The reserve includes the following: backyard habitat area (waterfall, composting demonstration area, butterfly garden), miles of hard- and soft-surfaced trails, a pond with dock, a wetlands boardwalk, two mini-environment ecosystem study labs, and a prairie reclamation site. Individual teachers seeking ideas for their own outdoor classrooms and environmental education in general are encouraged to visit. The trails are open to the public and can be walked in short loops or long 3+ mile hikes.

This a great trail!!! We went a little off course a few times as it was our first trip and wanted to see more. I took my six year old son and he had a great time. We saw lots of wildlife as well.

Saw a really cool huge bird (stork?) and a family of deer on our short hike of the wetland trail. Cool little gem! Will be back.

Great for little ones. Have seen deer on multiple occasions. Located at RSU it can be pretty busy.

Great place to take the kids! Mainly flat and half the trails are paved. Liked it a lot! Lots of little bridges. Saw a deer and a lot of deer tracks.

We liked that there were different types of trails available. Some were paved (a bit rough in a few areas, but we didn't mind) and then others that were dirt. We prefer dirt/rock trails, so it was nice. We also liked the bridge that went across the pond. The trails are well maintained and it's easy to tell which way you need to go.

North part of the trail, that goes by the ball field is closed. Lots of smaller trails that can be combined.

A lot of the trails are paved so this is an excellent place to hike. Unless you actually like lot's of mud, then go to Mohawk Park. :-)

Went walking there about a week or so ago. Did not see any animals. It is a good place to walk as there are small inclines to add to the excitement. Nice ponds to enjoy as well. I cannot wait till the turtles and frogs come out.

I've been there several times all four seasons are beautiful we "my family" always see deer and have a great time. We pack lunches and have a blast sight seeing and looping the multiple trails most of this trail is paved only one loop called the butterfly loop isn't paved. We excpecally like that one though a few bridges and creek crossings all in all a very easy trail with lots to see!!

Great easy trail with tons of wildlife. Good place to take the kids for some outdoor time. Went in December and it was cool, but very nice in the valley. Plenty of wildlife tracks to show the kids and the bird feeders near the Aqua Lab (?) were very active. Got to see some very pretty cardinals and plenty of other birds.
