The hike begins along the most popular traveled section of the AT in the GSMNP to Charlies Bunion. First day hike of 3 mi & 1244' gain will end at Icewater Springs Shelter. Once you roll out your sleeping bag backtrack to the Blvd. Trail and dayhike to Jumpoff for great views. Day 2 will gain 4644' over the 12 mi hike to Tri-Corner Knob Shelter. Pecks Corner Shelter is halfway and will provide a good break for lunch. You will bag two peaks of 6K' at Mt. Sequoyah & Mt. Chapman. Tri-Corner was to be determined to be the most remote location in TN and you will feel it at this shelter, it maybe just you and the bears here tonight. Day 3's hike of 10.6 mi and 2030' gain will be started by climbing Mt Guyot and Old Black two more peaks of 6K' but after that just rolls up and down to Cosby Knob your last ascend before connecting to Low Gap Trail and descending into Cosby.Low Gap Trail is a wide trail that follows Cosby Creek back to the Cosby Campground to the hiker parking.

Didn't complete the entire duration but this section of the Nat Park is hands down my favorite.

Def a good work out going up upward. Took the jump off exit to the top but make sure it's a clear day or you won't see a thing. Gorgeous and I highly recommend it to all.
