What a fun day; we followed the below reviews and went clockwise around the loop. The incline was moderate and the needly ground felt nice underfoot. The caves and ladder sequence were different and a lot of fun. Can’t beat the views on either peak. Trails were well marked, but we weren’t paying attention at the end and dropped off at the next parking lot down so we had to walk on the street to get to our car. I wouldn’t ascend counterclockwise just due to the rocky climb up Percival.

Great trail. Relatively easy until that last half mile, then challenging whether you go Cliff Trail or Caves. But the view is worth the effort

Nice hike for an afternoon -- not too challenging and great views at the summit. The first 1.5 miles were pretty straightforward and the last bit required some light rock scrambling. Coming down was almost worse since everything was wet from the storm that had passed through. Even with the storms, it was muddy but not terribly so. The bugs (mosquitoes especially) were out in force -- bring bug spray!

I’m not a super avid hiker anymore so this was pretty challenging for me but I still enjoyed pushing myself. It’s a lot of steep uphill climbs with some plateau breaks. I’d say the last half mile was killer because you’re worn out but I saw older folks and dogs doing it without much issue. The bugs were gnarly so definitely bring bug spray. It was pretty muddy but not bad. I recommend going to the left for the last .1 mile so you can experience the caves but a lot of people said doing it on the way down was better? Either way it was a great experience and the view at the top is GORGEOUS! Make sure you add a rock to the pile at the peak!

Excellent little loop. I must advise the Morgan cliff sections are definitely not for young kids.
