Well maintained trails on this Crown land that lead to two view points. On to the east and south and one to the north and west. both are spectacular when the weather is clear. Many mountain bike "trick" areas with spectacular jumps. Pay attention so that you can hear any bikes that may be using the trails.

Awesome trail. We saw a deer And a Lovely squirrle who liked to pose for my camera. The hike was mostly through the woods. The view on top was Lovely. At the top of the Hill you Will find a Nice swing. I Will probably add the foto’s from my digital camera later. It took us around 2 hours to complete with Some small stops to make photos

The view at the top is amazing! Be careful when going up though on the first right turn, I think we went through a route that was covered in bushes. Still made it though, the map on this app really helped out!

Beautiful walk if you want to spend a couple of hours in the nature and get rewarded with a panoramic view on top of the hill. Well prepared trails.

A complex network of mostly biking trails, the easiest approach up Broom Hill is to stick to the southernmost trail. Could be rated as difficult in wet weather, however the trails were fairly easy in the dry summer heat. Moderate exposure. Trails are unmarked. Fantastic views of Sooke from the hills to Whiffin Spit and a swing near the summit.

Four of us hiked this trail and somehow ended up off trail as the trail was not maintained or marked. Two of us slipped, one almost rolled her ankle badly and one of us had a panic attack. If you’re prepared with enough battery power, water and will you will find your way through what looks like bear caves, rickety bridges and steep mossy rocks. The view from the summit is nice but not worth the scratches from the overgrown brush for my liking.
