Do it!! It’s rocky and lots of exposed roots, so I’d recommend a shoe with good traction. It’s hard. And hot. But the views at the top are the best I’ve ever seen. Enjoy!

trail to viewpoints was great. I chose to keep going through the forest and along shore back. The trail was in rough shape with a few parts where locals must come to party as I saw a LOT of littered bottles. Eventually I got back on a clean trail and was led to beach. Wet rock faces are extremely slippery. Do this early in the morning, I left at 7 am and was drenched in sweat. Bring bug spray and tie your shoelaces!

Great view at the top.

This trail is tough with a lot of steep inclines almost the entire hike. About 3/4 of the way up, it does flatten out a bit after that. Trail was taken care of. The entire trail is very well shaded which helped out in the heat. Views at the top were worth the hike!

Great walk, with lovely views back to the bay and lighthouse. Jungle section is pretty special, with lots of monkeys and squirrels above. Our 7 yo managed it okay.

I wouldn’t call this easy! The path is straightforward, basically 1260 steps to the top, but you’re ascending 300m on a path that’s 600m long. It was heavy for me, combining the heath with the humidity. Bring enough water, you can fill your bottle at the top! Highly recommended though, the view from the top is amazing...

what a beautiful view. go early to do it in peace. we were sweating but it was awesome. we wore sneakers and made sure to have appropriate clothes for the top

This hike requires you to walk up 1260 very steep steps. While I wouldn’t say it is technically challenging, nor will it take very long to complete, I would not consider this “Easy”, especially if you are not from a hot humid climate. The view was amazing and the temple was beautiful. We got up around 4:00 and stayed until 6:30 for the sunset. If you stay any later it will be dark when you head down (July). Would recommend!

Hiked this mid-January earlier this year. The heat was stifling after 9am, so best to start by 6-6:30am if possible. It was a relatively difficult hike, but I vaguely recall families headed up as we were returning to the trailhead. The views are sensational. Keep going to the very top even when you believe you’ve reached the summit. Be SUPER careful along the edges at the top... it’s a solid 1,500 ft drop off. Start early, bring plenty of water, and you’ll be glad you did it.

I’m shocked this says easy. To get to the top is over 1,000 steps. Was exhausting and some of the steps are super narrow! Gorgeous view though. Absolutely worth it and amazing for sunset (be careful descending in the dark)

Easy and quick, great views. Super busy.

all the way up from the start point, 2 flight of stairs, where 2nd flight is steep. make sure use good comfortable hiking shoes as the trail has huge tree roots all the way up, scattered stone from small to huge. reach view point there another 500m up from the cliff edge. you will know when u see huge stone all way up...

This trail is so much fun- theres rock scrambling and beautiful views. HEED MY WARNING THOUGH- TAKE PLENTY OF WATER. Take twice as much as you think you need!! About 6.4 miles to the very top. Wear good shoes too! This trail ascends very quickly and you should be in very good shape.

The climb is worth it. Bring sufficient water as the weather are pretty humid.

Very technical trail with lots of rocks and tree roots. Majority of the hike is uphill to the viewpoint but the view is absolutely worth it. Friendly staff and although there us no official entry fee it is customary to tip 100 baht per hiker at the gate. Bring at least 1.5 liter water per person and a snack to enjoy with the views at the top. You can purchase it at the trail head.

Point de vue impressionant!

Lots of stairs. Take water because it’s obviously very hot. Beautiful view at the top. Totally worth it!

I started my walk/hike from the Viking Nature Resort near Long Beach - there is a system of trails along the shoreline that will lead you to town, and from there the viewpoint is well marked! Easy walk with some stairs to climb at the end - I recommend getting their early as the sweat struggle is very real! The viewpoint is facing west(ish) and I imagine it would be a beautiful sunset photo, but likely very crowded at that time as well. There is a 30baht entrance fee - which is more than reasonable considering the view. You can also find a couple shops at the top for cold refreshments (my iced latte was the perfect treat to sip on as I enjoyed the view!
