belle rando avec une vue de l'océan et des cactus. Il avait beaucoup de touristes pour aller voir le champignon en forme de rocher.

Check out our Youtube Video tour here: https://youtu.be/quRKZrPyc80 Ok, so who wants to sit in a Jacuzzi-like hot spring on a hot sunny day? We do. AFTER a nice refreshing swim in the cool springs just in front of and just past the hot spring. When we got there on a hot day, we cooled off in the cold spring. Once we cooled off we headed over to the hot spring. Then back to the cold spring. We pay a lot back home to enjoy this experience at the Scandinavian Bath Spas. Here at the Rancho Ecologico Santa Rita it is simply 172 pesos, $9 USD, or $12.25 CAD. Not only is the experience budget-friendly, but the surrounding oasis will take your breath away. It's just past the very small and sleepy town of Santiago. It's an hour and a half drive from Cabo San Lucas and an hour's drive from San Jose del Cabo.

Great views. Not kid friendly.

Beautiful alternative to the Bench to Beach loop.

Very nice route, great variation. Few sketchy spots if you are mountain biking. Ignore the last bit of my route before the road, not a trail at all just to stubborn to backtrack.

Great trail for running, hiking or mountain biking. Lots of ups and downs, twists and turns. Great views.

Done this many times... Even before any hotels were on the beach. Not the same anymore.

Beautiful beach to walk on with a little lagoon as well. There are some B&Bs on the other side of the lagoon. On the little road down you can stop and see Kaia about a horse ride on the beach as well. This one is a little bittersweet for me. I got wrapped up in a wave fishing about 10 yrs ago and it took them 6 1/2 hours stateside to put my leg and knee back together. Came very close to losing it. Beautiful baja day today...

Awesome views on this one of the ocean and surrounding area of Todos Santos. Wanted to do the rest of the trail but it was a little tough for my wife. Not most peoples usual idea of a trail... Very rocky with less than desirable footing but worth it. I'll try to go back and do the rest of the trail before I leave.

Awesome walk along the boardwalk and through some shopping areas. We also took in the Whale Museum. This area in La Paz is very beautiful and they work very hard to keep it that way. Every time I have been here there have been many workers raking the sand, sweeping and repairing the sidewalks, etc. There are so many beautiful sculptures all along the water as well. We'll be back in a week!

This used to be just for the local fisherman... Just a small little group of fisherman holding on to the old ways of hand lining their fish to make a humble living. Now a good size tourist hotel stole some of their land to make another attraction... Nice little beach. I saw a small group of hikers doing a trail up the mountain that i'll do and post in a few days.

One of my favorite beaches in Baja that I've gone to on my trips over the last dozen years. Today was the 1st time in 6 years and my little secluded beach is no longer secluded so i'll post it... We saw about 15 people walking today and had never before seen more than 3. Most of the time we were completely alone. Everything changes.....

Simply a beautiful area i almost lived in. The ocean here has so much life that the shells just stack up on the beaches. If you like to collect seashells this little walk is for you. We probably brought back 25 lbs from our different visits there. There are so many shells the city hires workers to shovel them off periodically to dispose of them. The water is very shallow, very warm and full of life. We walk in the water quite a bit and you see all kinds of fish swimming around you as you walk.

Cerritos Beach use to have one little beach front bar on it a dozen years ago but now, sadly it's more and more developed each year we go. I usually walk a mile or 2 down the beach and come back to a Negra Modelo but this day I had my wife drop my friend Brian and I, along with the 3 dogs we were care taking. First thing, the dogs found a rattlesnake, the only one I've ever seen down there in a decade. While I distracted it with a way too short stick Brian got the dogs away to safety... The walk was great with perfect weather and views.....and a cold one and a great early dinner at Cerritos Beach Club. Cerritos Beach has a world class surf break.
