Was very foggy the day we hiked so one person would go to a trail marker and the other would follow their voice. No views but made for a very fun adventure! Would do again.

Super hike very good signage all along. Much easier than I respected, no too steep in comparaison to other hikes with similar height.

Nice route. Be prepared with appropriate footwear for the ascent up the rocks. You will be warm

Lovely walk with great views along the entire route

Pretty easy forest trail on gravel paths the entire way. No direction marking but with the route saved on this app it was easy. Great views back towards the sea and up the numerous peaks.

Fantastic hike, though don’t get your hopes up there will be a view at the top. The wind and fog bring the temperature down so you might want to bring a hat, scarf, and gloves. The devil’s ladder is a really fun rock scramble with water going throughout. Go slow. Also, be weary of the muddy bogs and slick grass. Better to stick the rocks. Also, the cronies yard charges two euros.

Farm road path out to the end of the island. One of the most breathtaking views I have ever seen. The strong wind, sunshine breaking through the dark clouds shining off the sea right over Michael Skelig Island. The dark cliffs of Kerry and water smashing on the rocks below... the whole thing was magical!!
