Very beautiful trail. Diversity of waterfalls, snow, vulcano landscape and forest. Long hike but definately worth it

Really gorgeous, turn right from the parking lot instead of left over the glacier to go down to the lake and climb on the ice that’s washed ashore.

Great experience!!! But it was icy and I slipped several times. The contrast between the snow and the heat of the hot springs was amazing

Nice little climb to great rewards at the end! Waterfalls and geysers along the way. We went on Oct 14 just before a rain and wind storm was going to move in. It was cool and exhilarating. After getting out of the hot springs we dried off pretty quickly with the wind. Brrrrr!

Amazing trail! Would be dangerous in snow/very icy conditions, a few parts were slick. We went Oct 29 with cloudy weather but no wind or rain, but there were still a few icy patches we had to be careful on. Also I don’t recommend this trail if it’s extremely windy. The hot spring is so worth it at the end, I recommend going further up the stream it’s much hotter. Such a fun time! Would be a perfect midnight summer sun hike

Beautiful. Crowded, but there is also a Geyser nearby that’s awesome too. So two birds, one stone.

this is an easy trail, not moderate, and the trail map is in direct conflict with markings and signage; we chose to go clockwise round the route, however we had to turn back as the allmaps trail required us to hope over a guide rope. I understand that the mosses are ecologically sensitive and did not want to go off the marked path and cause damage.

wow! view, glaciers, etc

Highly recommend - absolutely breathtaking.

It’s literally an 8km round trip trail to the plane wreckage. It’s flat and easy, if not a bit long. Worth doing if you really want to see the wreckage, but there is a shuttle service (it’s expensive).

Unrivalled views, endless waterfalls walking along a canyon for several miles. Very little traffic as well! Such a beautiful hike

the first waterfall was beautiful but it was worth it in the end for Bruarfoss. the day I went wasn't so muddy and I wore brand new white doc martens and got out of it with pretty much with no dirt on them (forgot to bring my hiking shoes, rookie mistake)

Elevation is highly incorrect. I got less than 200 feet total so more like a walk for sure. First of the falls is best IMO. Nice

Gorgeous waterfalls along a rocky, sometimes muddy, trail. Moderate traffic but not overwhelming.

Not much of a hike, but breathtaking views of the foss. All boardwalk or blacktop.

Absolutely breathtaking view from above and a fairly steep descent to the river below. At some places barely wide enough for your feet and some real ankle-turners or worse if you make a wrong step. But the view is incredible, not to be missed!!

Beautiful!!! In case of bad wether, you might want to consider skipping the peak, as it is very slippery, rocky, windy.
