We visited the falls today after finishing the Old Pali Highway. The waterfalls weren’t flowing much today, but they were beautiful nonetheless. We will go back after a storm!

This was a great trail. It wasn’t hard and offered so many beautiful things to see! We ventured off to visit the Pali Twin Falls as well, but the falls were barely flowing today.

Did all three peaks, second peak has generally the largest view since once you’re at the third peak you can’t see towards Kaneohe Bay and all those ridgelines. Fun hike with good variety of features.

Great trail, beautiful views. Lots of children and a few dogs. A bit muddy but completely walkable.

Me and a couple friends did this hike yesterday and it was a little tougher than expected. This is definitely not a beginner's hike. It was muddy and having spikes helps big time. The real hike begins about 2.5 miles in the trail, be ready for the challenge but the views from the peak are to die for especially on a clear day! We met couple people that got lost, so make sure you get on the right path. It took us 3.5hrs going up and 3hrs coming down, so bring lots of water (I'd recommend a Camelback and two more strapped bottles). you'll need all four limbs at certain points of the hike, especially the steep part where you'll use the ropes. Overall great hike and gives you a sense of accomplishment.

Very easy goin trail

Parking is kinda bad but trail is in great shape, and the view is pretty awesome from the top. Highly recommend if you are a pretty decent hiker.

Need to redo

Hi! I’m looking to do this trail either by the stairs or the “legal” back way either on 1/30 or 1/31 and would love to join another hiker or group. Message me @lisawegner.nyc :)

I’m looking for someone that has experience with this hike. I want to do it sometime this week, feel free to contact me @andrewbaxt

Pretty and super simple. Lots of greenary and not many views. One pretty look out at the top of the hike itself. If you keep going up after the initial look out you leave the garden itself but can make it to the quarry if you keep going. We unfortunately turned around due to my girlfriend having a bad knee and it was supposed to be our “rest” day from hiking. The trail to the quarry was fun going up some pretty steep root sections. There are ropes to aid you if need be. Lots of sections of overgrown grass. Some may want pants. I did it in shorts and was fine but I understand the desire for pants if need be. Up and down several ridges. Be careful if it’s wet, you may slide a little. I would definitely like to return someday and complete the trail all the way to the quarry.

Super fun hike. My group and I made the mistake of going right instead of left at the split so we ended up down at the stream and had to hike back up it to the waterfall. Pretty cool little section along the rushing water. We went in very wet and rainy conditions. I highly suggest a pair of washable shoes or ones you don’t care about. We got covered in mud. Lots of puddled muddy water on the trail. The cliff jumping was basic but still cool and satisfying after the hike. Waterfall was a beautiful destination for the hike. Bring water as the hill full of tree routes can get pretty tiring if you don’t have a lot of stamina. I highly recommend the hike.

Beautiful trail full of lush foliage. Muddy but worth it. No waterfalls but definitely a nature junkies dream
