Nice walk but beware the dogs (and the dogs owners) at Broadclose Farm, the dogs bite and the owners are not much better

loved this whilst it lasted I took the wrong trail straight out into the busy main road at the base of the mountain taking me off course (my fault) for 5 miles the first 4 miles of the mountains was unbelievable scenes tho I will be back to complete this course I'm giving it a 5 star for the 4 mile I completed up there beautiful views great for trail runners

Nice walk, 2nd half very muddy at present.

I completed 9 mile of trail running up here today and what a stunning view I will be back... see you in April for the half marathon trail run

Liked finding this trail. We looked for somewhere to walk the dogs on the way home from Cheltenham. Easy car park with plenty of space in the picnic area. We didn't complete the whole thing due to time constraints. Great for dogs but we were a little worried with the sections with the electric fence, can't tell if it was on or not as there was no livestock but wouldn't want the dogs to touch it. Easy route, only muddy due to recent flooding there. Will come back!

We opted to cut out the lower loop to make the walk 3 miles. We really liked the walk however I have to warn anyone doing this after wet weather that the section across the common at the lowest point of the walk was very boggy/muddy. Once you climb up onto the hills the tracks are fine.

Nice walk, lots of parking available (£4.20 per day). Most of the route is on very good path.

The main parts of the trail are fine, unfortunately a portion of the trail has ceased to exist on the way towards Cleeton but worse on the way from the peak where the path is impassable with gorse bush. Had to scramble to find a way around which required some agility!

Just beautiful. Although parking situation is horrible at this location. You can do any of a hundred different routes. Pick a good day and enjoy the views.

Was worth it for the views despite missing the Beacon due to fog, the other hills were great.

A great walk any time of year! Spring/summer brings lots of green views and flowers and sheep but there’s something special about the Cotswolds in winter where the uphill part of this makes you feel like you deserve your pint at the pub in front of the roaring fire that much more. The tower is interesting with some lovely views around.

A great walk in terms of being the best proper hills close to the Birmingham. Lovely countryside. But it’s not that circular, more of an electorate back and forth. But a lovely walk nonetheless. Would recommend if you like a reasonably challenging walk, also lots of cute dogs around.

Small route , ideal if you have young ones , only issue is the recommended route is partially blocked so we had to take a detour , the detour worked out the same distance , no steep hills and footing was ok all round , ideal quick dog walk

My partner and I went on a glorious day, perfect conditions for walking. it was sunny and a warm 20C. This meant that the paths were firm, which made it easy to walk on. On the last quarter of this trail the paths are narrow and not easy to find without the app/map. I should imagine the paths would become difficult to walk on if wet due to them not being surfaced. I highly recommend this walk to anyone that wants to experience a peaceful walk, away from traffic and the hustle and bustle.

Unfortunately we did this walk on a drizzly wet day and found the mid point loop quite muddy and the long grass made your shoes and trousers very wet. In hindsight I would have stayed on the old disused railway line and cut the mid point loop off. That said this is a really nice walk that introduced us to lots of new parts of the forest and would recommend it. The car park is £3 to £4 but the profits go to maintaing the forest. There is a cafe and toilets at the start of the walk.

A great walk for anyone who likes a varied trek out. Starting in the bottom corner of the car Park it’s a gentle bimble on a well marked path, this does get a bit steep and uneven so watch you footing on the way down. Once you hit the quarry though it’s all up hill from here but definately worth it when you finally pop out of the tree line and you are handed some stunning views across Herefordshire And Worcestershire! You could do this walk in trainers on a good day but not advised as it can be a bit tricky under foot at times. Enjoy!

Very enjoyable walk with lovely views. Pay and display car park but only £2

Lovely short trail with a gorgeous pub half way through. There is a household waste site on the trail which meant the second half was quite smelly!! Great short trail nonetheless

Beautiful walk around the lake. Plenty of wildlife on show. Easy walk for all the enjoy.

We loved this walk!! So much variety, woodland, canal, fields and views! Definitely dog friendly! Easy to follow instructions and some awesome things to see on the way... everyone we met on the way was very friendly! We went on the walk early morning which meant we beat the heat of the day! Pershore is such a beautiful town! Would do it again!
