Lovely trail but big dogs loose in field at 5km mark so had to double back, they belonged to the home nearby but were loose and huge. Really enjoyable and easy to follow, advise when you get to Truggist lane stay on it instead of going down Hodgitts as waterlogged in places.

Starting point is gorgeous but this trail is impacted by significant works at its edge, after the earliest stages.

I wish I had paid more attention to the previous review. There is a lot of (busy) road walking on this trail which was quite unpleasant & unsuitable for dogs and children

Lovely route, just fairly overgrown in areas making it difficult to get through. Beautiful area

Easy to follow, fairly enjoyable walk. Had to keep my dog on his lead the whole time which was a shame. A farmers dog chased us at one point so be careful and keep moving. A couple of the passageways were very narrow with overgrown nettles so I’d advise wearing protective clothing.

Lovely walk but 60 % on the road. Not so great with a dog who wants to have a run!! :)

Picturesque walk - easy to follow and pub at the end of it 👍 Linda, April 2019

Great walk today doing this. Just the right length for our dog and only one field with cows in, so a bonus that he could be off lead the whole walk pretty much!

A good walk although some sections very overgrown. We used public transport and joined near Berkswell station a short walk to Baulk lane near the finish/start.

agree with the above, definatly better more enjoyable walks in the area. I'm unlikely to do this one again. also there was quite a lot of livestock in the fields which made navigating the mud with two dogs on a lead a little challenging! ADMIN RESPONSE: Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy this Millennium Way walk. If you would rather avoid livestock, remember to read the walk introductions where you will be forewarned about livestock and so can choose a more appropriate route instead.
