Lots of mud which is fine but parts, through the pastures, are quite flooded. Won’t run this one again until things have dried out a bit.

Very muddy at parts but this maybe down to time of year. Nice view next to streams. Recommend

A good long walk with two young children, Was a very easy trail with one short steep incline. The trail was very muddy for majority of the walk. A few short sections of road walking and a couple of sections were quite busy so take care. The abbey was the highlight and well worth the detour. Lots of large, expensive house along the route. Lovely views from the hill but in all honesty not a great deal to see throughout the rest of the trail.

Have walked this twice. Really lovely, no road, great views and a few hills to feel you’ve had some exercise. Quite muddy but with right footwear nothing unmanageable. Lunch in a decent pub well worth booking afterwards.

We did a section of the route. Nice and mostly flat. A bit muddy in places after recent heavy rain.

Lovely walk, tough incline to start with but plenty of opportunity to get your breath back. Beautiful scenic views, would definitely do this again

Lovely muddy walk with the whole family

Really nice walk with a good mix of scenery, the dog loved it! I parked in Tilford and missed out a little bit of the Great Lake, took 2 hours to complete.

Great trail but pretty muddy so wear good walking shoes. We started pretty late in the day and as it was flooded on the first underpass we only managed to get to Box Hill. But it was still a lovely varied walk with great scenery. Stopped at the Stepping Stone pub for some grub. Will come back in Summer to complete the whole walk.

Excellent walk with Leith Hill as a great stopping point for a cup of tea and a slice of cake. I decide to go on this trail mid January so some of the fields were very muddy, most of the other paths were fine. Lots of great sites, some very quiet sections and some busier sections around the national trust sections. Lots of ups and downs a long the way to keep challenging and pushing you on. Overall a really good walk.

Very muddy walk! But lovely

Lovely walk through forest, remarkably dry and firm underfoot considering recent torrential rain. Quite a bit of tarmac, which wasn’t an issue for us as also plenty of off lead opportunities for the dog. Lovely sandy section by the lake that our dog particularly enjoyed. Sadly the crown and cushion only allows dogs in the garden, so we didn’t stop. One we would do again, especially recommended for periods after heavy rain. Perhaps not great for a very hot day unless you do the short walk only

Lovely walk, very muddy recommend good pair of hiking boots in the winter months, feet get submerged! Mostly flat, small inclines at times. First passage under bridge was flooded but once overcame that everything was fine. All kinds of views and terrain, good sample of countryside.

Very wet at the moment. Literally a mini river running down couple of the paths. Still ok in waterproof hiking boots or wellies.

Very enjoyable mixed terrain walk on a fresh clear day, with some lovely views and farm animals to see. Very muddy in places, but you can just about scramble around the edges, albeit over a few fallen branches! Started the walk with a freshly made tea and coffee from the starting point cafe. We walked over the closed bridge without any problems. Will definitely do again in the spring to see the bluebells or in the summer to sample the random brewery oasis hidden in the woods. Took us 2 3/4 hours to complete.

We started at the Bulls Head pub and skipped the Clandon Regis section towards the end. Some very nice sections to this walk, and while you do walk around the edge of a golf course for sections, the woods beside it are lovely. Lots of mud on the fields shortly after walking past Clandon House.

Great trail and the directions are very easy Very muddy on certain parts, lovely lunch at cricketers after

Really enjoyed this trail. Clearly instructed and a great mix of incline and decline, would do this again.

Interesting trail in the Surry Hills. I liked the different terrain - starting out in a heathland and the massive ponds and then walking through old farms and a cute brewery - too early for us on the walk but looked good (see link below) - onwards through lovely fields, woods, small not so interesting village and then back through more heathland with what could be fantastic views. Would like to do again in May to see the orchids and bluebells. https://whatpub.com/pubs/SHB/779/craft-brews-frensham-brewery-frensham

Flat easy walk around Cranleigh. Very muddy with some paths just about passable. Drinks after in the dog friendly Richard Onslow pub.
