Great walk with suberb views. Wye has good pubs and coffee shop, free parking & toilets. was a clear sunny day today but muddy at parts, walking boots a must

From one pub to another

Definitely not a walk to do during winter. Very boggy. Could also do with some instructions in places as the trail isn’t always that clear. Nice views though.

It was really pretty! The view from the cliffs is quite nice. We ended up deviating a lot from the trail. There's definitely reasons to take your time around the cliffs. From 2019 onwards it's possible to go down to the beach - which was pretty nice

Lovely walk but slippy and muddy in parts as went after quite a bit of rain. Very dog friendly apart from the final stile by the church at the end (as mentioned in the other reviews most dogs can jump the stone wall). Great pub to finish on as well!

Hated this trail. The entire trail is in about a foot of mud. Not recommended at winter!!!!

lovely trail, I did it in reverse so to have the steep incline at the end of the hike rather than at the beginning. superb views over Wye village below when you are on the top of the downs.

Great little walk from the Roman villa car park in a loop over the railway lines and under the viaduct. Pause to take in Eynsford village (loadsa pubs!), than back to the villa again. Recommended...!

Really enjoyed this. Apart from two muddy field crossings, the going was easy, even on a November Sunday after heavy rain. Great pub at the start/finish. Recommend

Nice walk. The woodland part is especially beautiful.

Lovely autumn walk

Great walk with Kids, very muddy at the moment. Remember your wellies.

Beautiful views and dog friendly with a nice pub stop in Wye itself.

We started from Canterbury Cathedral and made all the ring way back to our starting point. Very easy and relaxing path, indications are not always clear but with the app there is no problem. Beautiful english countryside , pub is nice but a little provincial Food is honest Ghesboro fioi not too bad

Great flat walk in woodland and open fields. Easy terrain but muddy after several wet autumn days. It was interesting to see the old moat surrounding the site of the former Manor House Ideal length for a walk with children Very enjoyable

Good trail and easy to follow. The vantage point on bluebell hill was good but you can hear cars at most points. The finish was poor as was basically an industrial estate.

A great trial with some amazing views - a mix of orchards woodland and field walking - just a shame that the farmer has ploughed the entire field leaving no path making walking difficult- could be nasty when muddy!

Brilliant views! took around 2 1/2 hours, quite steep hills at points, lots to see.

An incredible walk, has it all - beautiful fields, trees and orchards.

Wow. Absolutely magnificent views on this trail, by far the best view I've seen using this app. Beyond picturesque during most of the walk with great sites such as memorials, lighthouses, beaches and tea rooms. Will totally recommend the Pine Gardens Tea Room for this. And I would suggest doing this only in good weather, as slippery surfaces on a loose rock cliffside would be dangerous and unpleasant. The trail itself using this app would be a 3 however. Half of it is not even plausible, requiring you to do rock climbing on a sheer drop, given where the red line is positioned so I'd recommend speaking to either the National Trust Visitor's Centre for a map appreciation or following the coastal route on top of the cliff (solid line with consecutive smaller parallel lines coming off it) and it will be fairly straightforward. Beware of the various steep stair cases and gradients (it's a cliff so rather unavoidable) but if you want to try avoid it, just don't follow the dotted line when it starts to squiggle. Those tend to be stairs. I'm unsure who created this particular trail route, but it may be a GPS fault. Either way, despite my mobility issues, I managed to navigate this. It's definitely a moderate and not an easy walk. But highly recommended.

I have been reluctant to do this trail all summer because of the previous 1 star review. Am I glad I decided to ignore it. Granted the trail has some part of it on a road with no footpath especially in the last 3 km. However this is not excessive and you have to be carefull, but it is by no way half the walk maybe 20%. Once you get into the off road sections, the walk is outstanding. The trail takes you through the lovely apple orchards which in September are fully grown. The views are beautiful and well worth the effort. There are a few overgrown areas but easy to get through. The moral is dont always believe what you read in a review because your perspective may well be different. I have no hesitation in recommending this walk.

Breezy weather and went on a whim so not prepared. Lot of wildlife but only had my phone so no spectacular bird shots. An easy trail to test out this app, Trail condition good easy to navigate, hides are basic but clean and tidy. Saw several wheelchair users around the site so wheelchair friendly.

nice circular walk, could be tricky when wet in places

Very easy. Lots of trails and easy to follow

This is a beautiful trail, albeit not for the mobility challenged. The views are spectacular once you've walked through some back roads. It takes a little while to get to the views but it is worth it. As you're walking through farms, expect to wear shoes you're happy to walk through droppings in! In the end, there is around 100 steep steps to get down which was difficult for someone who needs a walking stick. Not my favourite, but one of my favourite trail views.
