Good walk with clear paths and nice picturesque views. Good for a dog, only need them on the leash for a short section through the deer park

Very pleasant trail in winter sunshine with carpets of leaves. Rather spoilt by a very busy and potentially dangerous section along the main road around Burchett’s Green. Also, having now completed a number of All Trails routes I find that, in the absence of an accompanying written route description, you need to keep a close eye on the red trail line, which is sometimes not very precise.

Lovely walk, some wooded areas, tarmac paths and grass routes. Grassy areas were a bit muddy and wet, but it is November. Lots to see, very peaceful if you go early

Lovely walk through woodland, grassy paths and quiet roads. Lots of points of interest - Windsor castle, statues, ancient woodland and wildlife. Enjoyed seeing the London skyline in the distance. Both car parks just off the A332 - free parking and spaces avail on a Saturday afternoon.

Lovely walk of the park, very little shade so would avoid in hot sunny weather, if we were to do it again. Great views of the castle and different aspects of the park. Amazing to think you are surrounded by dense populated areas outside the park, but you can be inside with nature and see very few people - amazing. We think the route was a little more than 8k more like 10 according to our recording tech, still fab walk or off road running trail. Would recommend.

Good short route. Mix of paths and roads so keep in mind if walking a dog

Nice walk, the only thing you need to be mindful of is the car park suggested is closed during the week and only open weekends, there are other car parks available further down, you just need to adjust your walk accordingly.

Easy walk. Pleasant but contains roads without footpaths. Not suitable for young kids or pushchairs.

A nice walk through beautiful woodland but you constantly hear the road traffic and part of the walk is adjacent to a very busy road.

Lovely walk and views on a November (2018) day.

Great walk with the dog - easy to follow directions and not too strenuous - great views and so much to see. I've worked in the area for several years now and didn't realise how much there is to see in the Great Park and all for free. I agree about trying the walk in reverse so the coffee shop is at the end. Thank you.

Excellent trail on a sunny day...very kid friendly too!!

An excellent walk, very interesting and lots to see

Really enjoyed this walk and so did Daisy the dog. The views from various points on the walk give you a new perspective on the castle and the Copper Horse. If anything I think it would be a better route in reverse. Here's why. 1. The view from the Copper Horse would come earlier in the walk and provide a spur to go on for the less willing. 2. There is more and better parking at the Ranger's Gate than there is at the Cranbourne Gate so I'd suggest that as the start and end point. 3. The Post Office would then come towards the end of the walk and provide a suitable reward for your efforts. Not a criticism by any measure, just an observation. Great walk for all abilities.
