nice trail with varied terrain - maybe I got lost but the loop was closer to 5 km according to my phone!

Great easy trail, tho a large portion was unevenful the falls were quite impressive, Make sure to go to both lookout points at the end only took 2.5 hours round trip total on a warm fall day

Good easy trail. I saw a moose.

Crooked Tree Park is a nice place to bring the family for a picnic and day swimming. The trail is stroller and wheelchair friendly. The pond is one of the only places nearby that you can swim in without getting hypothermia. It’s freshwater so it’s a lot warmer and nicer to swim in than the saltwater at Sandy Cove. A nice way to spend a warm summers day.

Warning. Sections of trail follow the shoreline and can be impassable during high tide. Check with park staff on tide schedule if you plan on doing this entire trail

Falls at the end were great to see. Made for some awesome photos. The hike itself was long and somewhat uneventful. Flat, mainly boardwalk. The education signs were a nice touch. Definitely go to the moose exclosure. It's not that far off the main trail and honestly, should just be part of the main trail. We did this in connection with the Berry Hill trail. That is a must. great views from the top. Full walking time was about 3 hours. 3.5 hours if we include lunch at the falls.

Beautiful and easy walk around the pound. Perfect for a quick stroll.

Late Sept so no bugs, thank goodness. Nice little hike, a moderate rating is probably appropriate due to the trail starting to get overgrown and it’s uphill on the return. Make sure to take the spur down to Gander Lake at the bottom of the loop.

Normally, I love this trail. But, it is impossible after heavy rains. That being said, even the walk along the trail way and the old Bridge was enjoyable.

Nice walk, not much elevation so easy to have a chat as you go. A bit muddy and closed in for the first half but real nice after it opens up. A couple of small nice beaches to stop at along the way.

This trail is beautifully maintained! It’s a lot of open field, and not too much thick forest so you really get a chance to see what’s around you - even if it’s just open fields! The waterfall is beautiful and has a few lookout points so you can see it from different angles!

A faire pour tous. Tellement sauvage et calme Beaucoup de paysages dans si peu de temps

We did the half way trail. Newman Sound yo Headquarters wharf.

Lovely. Wooden path convenient for the boggy areas. some stairs at the end but worth the short climb. Detour to see the moose exclosure was a bonus.

Eat the blue berries not the red ones. They are ripe at the end of August.

This is a truly beautiful trail. easy with parts that were moderate. To enter, drive up to the Fogo Island Interpretation Centre. I parked by the road below where the All Trails map says it starts but it actually starts higher. This is a loop so you can go right or left. Going left starts with the magical views by the water. This is where I spent the most time, taking pictures and simply admiring the view and the silence. It ends with a bit of an uphill climb. If you go right, you will start on more covered trails, be going downhill for the most part, with less views to start but will finish with the gorgeous vistas. Trail is exceptionally well maintained. There were actually crews repairing the wood platforms and stairs. I didn’t

I thought it was a nice simple trail. Took close to an hour to complete which included the climb up the stairs that had a very nice view at the top! I’d recommend it!

I agree with the comments below. Trail was ok, rocky in parts. Did see several campfire sites that seem to have been recently used. Overgrown in parts but trail is still visable.

A good quick trail except for some soggy spots that need some work.
