Great trail! Easy hike - unless you pick the difficult rocky descent & ascent! Gorgeous ocean views. Beautiful little waterfall along the way. Trail well worn, rocky at times, good workout. Be careful on The Beamer on windy days :)

Great easy trail, tho a large portion was unevenful the falls were quite impressive, Make sure to go to both lookout points at the end only took 2.5 hours round trip total on a warm fall day

Good easy trail. I saw a moose.

Crooked Tree Park is a nice place to bring the family for a picnic and day swimming. The trail is stroller and wheelchair friendly. The pond is one of the only places nearby that you can swim in without getting hypothermia. It’s freshwater so it’s a lot warmer and nicer to swim in than the saltwater at Sandy Cove. A nice way to spend a warm summers day.

Falls at the end were great to see. Made for some awesome photos. The hike itself was long and somewhat uneventful. Flat, mainly boardwalk. The education signs were a nice touch. Definitely go to the moose exclosure. It's not that far off the main trail and honestly, should just be part of the main trail. We did this in connection with the Berry Hill trail. That is a must. great views from the top. Full walking time was about 3 hours. 3.5 hours if we include lunch at the falls.

This trail is beautifully maintained! It’s a lot of open field, and not too much thick forest so you really get a chance to see what’s around you - even if it’s just open fields! The waterfall is beautiful and has a few lookout points so you can see it from different angles!

Lovely. Wooden path convenient for the boggy areas. some stairs at the end but worth the short climb. Detour to see the moose exclosure was a bonus.

More educational than a hike. Quite easy conditions. Well done educational signs and the moose EXclosure is well worth the small detour.

The trail was completed on 25th of July 2019 This is a long walk through the forests, clearings and grass fields. If you like flowers and vegetation, this is the trail for you. It’s a long way to get to the falls but they are beautiful, however you won’t be able to see all the levels of it. The bottom level is inaccessible so you can only see the middle section and the top section individually. You cannot see them from one ventage point but from 2 different lookouts. It would be nice if they could create a trail that would lead to the pond. This is a great trail to do with kids. There are lots of information billboards that you can learn from. The trail was completed in 2 hours.

Easy to complete, 3hrs with kids, nice view of the falls. The information signs were fun to read. I do recommend taking the extra side trail to the moose free enclosure to see the effects moose have on the forest, I was blown away.

Was a good easy hike. Nice waterfalls at the end for sure. It’s cool to see the moose exclosure zone and the impact they’ve had on the concentration of different plants

I just did the Berry Hill loop portion of this trail. Nice and quiet through the woods. Signs says30-60 min which is accurate. I’m not an avid hiker or in great shape but it only took me about 40 min total. About 5 -6 flights of stairs (if you can measure trail stairs in “flights”). A work out to get to the top, but a payoff with some lovely views. A local described this trail to me as the “poor man’s Gros Morne peak”- some great views if you don’t have the time or stamina to do the big full day mountain hike. Well worth it.

Moderate trail, some slippery sections/mud due to rain the past few days. Clear day lead to some beauty views. A few critters along the way, cows, horses and dogs. If not from here you may take in the local fishers cleaning their catch on the wharf toward the Torbay side. Dog friendly for sure. I'd recommend a litre of water for a return trip.

This is an awesome hike. Stunning beauty. Awesome cliffs. Nature at its best. I would say the total hike is between 18-20 k round trip though. Definitely more than the 13.4 shown here.

Awesome trail, definitely in need of some more trail markers - easy to wander off trail. Also if you want to go all the way to Spray Lane this is closer to 18-19km round trip.

Schöne Wanderung über Holzsteg und schmalen Pfad. Am Ende zum Wasserfall ein klein wenig schwieriger. Landschaftlich schön und auch abwechslungsreich. Gestern keine Belästigung durch Insekten.

Just did the Baker's Brook Falls part of the trail (this was pretty close to 6 miles) and thought it was a very easy trail, but I still really enjoyed it. I liked the long stretches of boardwalk over the marsh areas and the waterfall was impressive. Definitely a good trail!

Easy trail out and back. Flat and good footing the whole way. Interesting history displays along the way keep your curiosity. The falls are beautiful and well worth the walk in.

This trail is part of the Clarenville Nordic Ski club and not a winter hiking trail. Available for x-country skiing and snowshoeing. A season or day pass is required. Dogs not permitted.

My family and me use these trails in both the summer and winter. Great hiking trails with geocaching along the way! In the winter they have some great snowshoeing trails.

wonderful hike. my friend and I took 2 cars and parked one on either end. we started in flatrock and walked to torbay. bring lots of water!

My favourite trail in Gros Morne!

Easy as indicated. Well maintained raised path. Great view.
