We did the part from Green Pools till Denmark. Pretty challenging but great views. Apparently one of the best parts of the whole trail. We also camped at the William Bay Campground. Was really great.

Great trail. Part of the pretty Bibbulman trail. Beautiful trees and forest. Not heavy. Easy trail with lots of shade.

First party of the trail is great but difficulty should be moderate not easy. a number of very steep accents. The 2nd half of the trail does not follow the trail markers. The trail is almost non existent, it's a overgrown, heavy scrub watercourse and we had to turn back after 1km as the path vanished into scrubland.

Great ocean views and sandy slopes through to the hut.

You’re following mostly a 4WD track. Beautiful swim half way through is a must. I made the walk longer by following the cape to cape track north and looping back the 4WD track to grace road. Greatly recommend. Lots of good views along the way.

Someone said in their review that there are no dogs allowed- I don't think this is true. Along the whole trail there are signs saying to keep your dog on a leash and clean up after it. Plenty of gorgeous pooches spotted on their leashes on my ride today.

Sept 28, 2019. Amazing hike. We stayed in the Dales campground and it was a nice stroll to the different pools, so easily accessible. We spent much of our day swimming around in the pools and laying in the sun. Wore flip flops, a swim suit with clothes on top and was fine for the hike. I’d recommend hiking down to circular pools first as it is a steeper down hill, then hiking back up at fortescue falls where you are just walking up a steel stair case. The circular pool is lovely to swim and splash about. I did not swim in Fortescue but lots of families were frolicking in it as it was more shallow. Fern pool is a sacred place and visitors are asked to not jump in or be loud (there’s steps to lower you into the water without making a big splash). It was absolutely beautiful and the waterfalls provided a lovely natural shower if you feel like it. I was disappointed with kids jumping off trees and parents cannonballing of the dock. The lack of respect was upsetting. Otherwise the hike was nice, relaxing, and really just gained/ lost elevation as you enter into the gorge.

Easy walk over mostly unshaded bare undulating rock and partly shaded gravel path. The trail is well marked although the plain galvanised trail markers can be hard to see and would benefit from coloured tape or similar. There are many information plaques along the trail outlining the extensive history associated with Karalee Rocks and , unlike many information boards at other places that have faded in the weather, these plaques are etched with the information and continue to be easy to read. The late 19th century construction of the flumes and water retaining walls was an amazing feat and that makes the walk very interesting. Weather for the walk was mild with a gentle SE breeze, clear blue skies and a temperature in the mid 20’s C.

E2E in 2016. Fantastic experience. Any day on the track is a good day. Some are even better Will probably do it again.

Went for a ride on this trail with my Trek Roscoe 6 Trail Bike, it was an enjoyable experience. The main track is easy but still had some enjoyable areas to ride. The main fun is going off the main track and into the multiple side trails. You will find plenty of technical sections to challenge your riding skills, you will also find the odd jumps and gaps, but these are mostly off the main track.

Parks and Wildlife rate this hike extreme on the difficulty scale, and for good reason. If you want a challenge, are fit and are an experienced hiker this one is for you. Personally, it's 4 successful attempts out of 6. The weather has forced us back down Ellen's Peak twice.

Really beautiful in end September with lots of flower and river full of water. Not technically difficult but longish! My GPS recorded 21 km and not 18 as posted. But my 4 boys (9 to 15 y old) managed although with a bit of grumpiness (no network!)

If you only do one section of the Cape to Cape, this should be it. Great views up and down the coast, and in the later part, a gentle bushwalk through the massive Karri forest. A pretty easy walk without too many challenges apart from one or two very steep sections.

Today we walked the section of the the Cape to Cape from Smith's Beach to Moses Rock. This is quite a challenging section with some steep climbs and descents and a couple of sets of stairs. Watch out for the signage as you come out onto the 4WD track just before you get to Quinninup Beach if travelling South. It's not very clear that you need to turn right onto the track as there's a walking trail that goes straight on. Fortunately Alltrails soon put us back on track. There are some great coastal views on this section and a great view of Canal Rocks. A couple of stretches of beach walking also.

Walked the section from Cape Naturaliste to Smith's Beach. Spectacular ocean views, and at this time of year, plenty of wildflowers and native shrubs in bloom and numerous opportunities for whale watching.

Hard work, physically and emotionally challenging especially if you’re not fond of heights. 1/2 hour per km moderately fit mid 40 yo took us three days two nights 10 litres water just enough . Awesome views, amazing ancient landscape. Crossed off the bucket list. Not sure if I’m up for it again other walks to do first.
