Super easy trail but a nice walk close to the city. Go early in the morning before it gets to busy and you will have a better chance of getting up close to the kangaroos—just be careful and don’t get too close! They can attack if scared

I took my three year old on this walk and he handled it well. It is narrow in sections but easily navigated. Not a bad walk so close to queanbeyan.

Defently easy in some areas. It rangers from hard in spots mostly moderate and a few easy areas. Starts with a bit of a climb, stairs in a few spots and narrow in areas. Nice green opening at the end.

Great trail, moderate incline and open hills and good views. This one is really close if you live in Gungahlin. The best part was seeing heaps of Kangaroos !

Nice walk, kids could easily do it too. Opportunities to see native Australian wildlife

Great distance and challenge for my 5 year old, fairly easy for my 8. Decent views over the gorge wondering at water levels in the winter/spring- could be gorgeous down there

Good short trail. 2.5 - 3.5 hours. Shady and some holes suitable for swimming. Spring should be able to see some good wildflowers. Good birding spot early in the morning.

great view good for biking and walk/running trail

Nice trail with pretty scenery. The trail is quite rocky at the beginning, but evens out after about 500m. Some sections of the trail aren’t very well marked. Overall quite a nice walk.

Good walk, challenging for me. View from top isn't as good as mt Ainslie and Black mountain though.

We enjoyed this trail with our 3yr old. We carried her for the first few inclines until she found her confidence; didn't take her long. We didn't get too far, keeping to a toddler pace, however we were continually enamoured by the view, birds and butterflies along the way. A great trail for families. Reinforced parts of the walk and its beauty make it a very safe and enjoyable activity for all ages and every capacity.

Great walk! not much view but challenging for me!
