So much fun! Fairly easy trek (and 40 and have a bad knee!) and it took us 1:30 to get to the end and we slowly made our way back (2 hours). We stayed at the lake for a bit, it was beautiful (smaller than we expected) The mud was the best part: trying to scan the best possible path. Finding rocks sticking out of the mud to hop on and carefully balancing yourself on branches and roots. Wear pants and boots you won’t mind getting dirty. Saw one guy misstep and fell knee deep in the muck. Looks like he had a good time tho! Great hike!

Easy route and suitable for everyone. Took us 4 hours with a short stop in the lagoon (including going inside). Was very very muddy, so come with extra clothes or set of clothes you'd like to get dirty.

Two hours to get to the lookout and an hour to go down. The entire trial is on a steep slope with just a few flat parts. The view at the lookout is outstanding. No shelters at the top

This trail has no switch backs, so it is EXTREMELY steep the ENTIRE way except one part that is very muddy and hard to get through. I cannot stress the straight up no break steepness more. Our knees were dead at the end. However, the views are absolutely incredible. I would only recommend this for intense hikers.

Amazing Views, super remote. Just know the "trail" is true Marsh/Tundra which means spongey, swallows shoes, etc. I had a hard time navigating this, and was off "trail" often. Not for the faint hearted. Running will take 8-14 hours for the experienced trail runner

One of my favorite hikes. Forested trail with Lengas, dog ear orchids, and ferns, interspersed with breathtakingly clear coves and views of snow capped mountains.

Simple and short trail at least if the weather conditions are good

Started at the road and gradually climbed up through the wooded area. Many of the tress were downed because of the combination of high winds and shallow roots, which is expected for the area. The highest elevation on the trail is a clearing which offers nice views of the Beagle Channel and the surrounding mountains. After leaving the clearing you descend at a more gradual gradient than the uphill, passing a beaver damn along the way. After crossing a road the trail empties out in a picnic area and at the water’s edge. The trail isn’t too difficult and offers nice views from the top. 1/1/20.

Used tour company to lead us to the lake and provide galoshes. Hiked through the bog which was foaming and bouncy to step on with some muddy areas before making it to the lake at the base of some mountains. The lake has a nice emerald color from the glaciers. Pretty easy hike with nice views. Lots of people and minimal wildlife. 12/30/19

The ski lift trail was closed due to construction as was the short lookout trail. Not much of a glacier up top but the views are great.
