#1 - Torres del Paine “W” Circuit

The W Circuit is a breathtaking, bucket-list trek for any backpacker with sights you will never forget.
It is generally done in 4 or 5 days, between glaciers, snowy peaks, lakes and lagoons with crystalline waters. It requires a good physical condition and will allow you to admire the most outstanding sites within the Torres del Paine park, enjoying the Patagonian nature at its best. Keep in mind that the Patagonian climate is quite changeable.
The suggested scheme to carry out the stages of this circuit is the following:
1. Camping Central - Torres base viewpoint - Camping Central
2. Camping Central - Camping Francés
3. French campsite - British viewpoint - Paine Grande campsite
4. Camping Paine Grande - Gray Glacier - Pudeto
Make sure to plan ahead, as spots tend to fill up quickly and in low season some services and camping sites even stop operating. The trail to Torres closes so make sure to check the schedule before hiking.
